Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TRG Tech Link ("we") collects, uses, and protects information on InvestorEdge (investoredge.io).

1. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, phone, company); buyer qualification information (entity details, self-reported credit band, liquidity band, investing experience, purchase intent); guarantor information where you provide it for financing (name, date of birth, address, and the last four digits of a Social Security number — we never store a full SSN; it is converted to an irreversible token at entry); transaction and bidding activity; and usage data.

2. Credit Information

With your separate, explicit authorization we obtain a soft-inquiry credit score band from a consumer reporting vendor. We store only the band and a vendor reference ID — never the report itself. Consent events are recorded with timestamp, IP address, and the exact text version you agreed to.

3. How We Use Information

To operate the marketplace (qualification, bidding, contracts, escrow coordination); to connect financed buyers with lending partners; to prevent fraud; to comply with legal obligations; and to communicate with you about transactions and the Platform.

4. Sharing

Lending partners evaluating a bid see anonymized qualification data only: tier, experience count, and liquidity band — never your name, contact details, or credit data, unless and until you proceed to a loan application with them. Service providers (e-signature, payments, valuation, hosting) receive only what is needed to perform their function. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention and Security

Records supporting executed transactions and required consents are retained as required by law. Data is encrypted in transit; access is role-restricted.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at admin@trgtechlink.com, subject to records we must keep by law. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
