Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InvestorEdge (investoredge.io), operated by TRG Tech Link ("we," "us," or the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The Platform

InvestorEdge is a marketplace for investment real estate. We acquire properties as principal and resell them, in as-is condition, to verified investors through listed prices and auctions. We are not acting as your real estate agent, broker, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor.

2. Operator and Affiliate Participation — Disclosure

The Platform operator and entities affiliated with it may acquire properties listed on this Platform for their own account, may sell their own inventory on the Platform, and may have access to inventory before it is publicly listed, including during internal review periods. Prices and terms of any listing reflect our position as principal, not a fiduciary. You should conduct your own independent due diligence on every property.

3. Eligibility and Buyer Qualification

Bidding and purchasing require a completed buyer qualification. Qualification tiers are derived from information you provide and, where you have expressly authorized it, a soft-inquiry consumer credit report. Qualifications expire and must be refreshed periodically. Cash purchasers must provide proof of funds before a purchase contract is issued. We may decline, limit, or revoke Platform access at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

4. Credit Authorization

Where you request financed bidding power, you must provide separate, explicit authorization for a soft credit inquiry under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We store only score bands and vendor reference identifiers — never full credit reports. If a credit-derived decision limits your options, you are entitled to the notices required by applicable law.

5. Auctions, Bids, and Awards

A bid is a binding offer to purchase at the bid amount. Winning bidders must execute the purchase contract within the stated signing window and deliver earnest money as instructed. Properties are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Estimated values, ARV figures, and analyses provided on the Platform are opinions for informational purposes only and are not appraisals or guarantees of value or profit.

6. Fees

Applicable platform fees are disclosed on each transaction before you commit and within the transaction documents themselves.

7. Valuation Products

Paid valuation reports are business-purpose products and are delivered subject to their own attestations. They are not appraisals performed by licensed appraisers unless expressly stated.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misrepresent your identity or qualifications, interfere with auctions, scrape or resell Platform data, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
